Presents privatization plans

The Government of Italy has approved plans to sell up to €12 billion in assets. It will, amongst others, sell a 3 per cent stake in the oil company Eni SpA holdings in shipbuilder Fincantieri SpA, SACE, and ENAV SpA, the air-traffic controller.
