Abolishes mandatory state registration of foreign investment

On 22 June 2016, the President signed into law Bill No. 1390-VIII “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning the abolition of mandatory state registration of foreign investment”. The Bill abolishes the mandatory state registration of foreign investment.
