Approves expropriation of major oil and gas companies

The Congress approved a law (26.741/12) that declares to be in the public interest and subject to expropriation 51 percent of the share capital of YPF, owned by Repsol YPF (Spain), and 51 percent of the share capital of Repsol YPF Gas, owned by Repsol Butano (Spain).
