Imposes restrictions on investment in the Russian energy sector

On 15 March 2022, the EU adopted Regulation 2022/428 to impose additional restrictive measures in response to the war in Ukraine. The Regulation restricts any new investments in the Russian energy sector and imposes additional export restriction on equipment, technology and services for the energy industry in the Russian Federation.
