Security Legislation Amendment (Critical Infrastructure Protection) Act 2022

On 2 April 2022, the second part of the amendments to the SOCI Act introduced by the Security Legislation Amendment (Critical Infrastructure Protection) Act 2022 (SLACIP Act) entered into force. Among others, this new reform revisits some of the critical infrastructure assets definitions and introduces enhanced cybersecurity obligations for highly critical assets.
