Adds three banks to the list of sanctions against the Russian Federation and Belarus

On 7 June 2022, the Government of Japan added two Russian banks (Credit Bank of Moscow and Russian Agricultural Bank) and the Belarusian Bank for Development and Reconstruction to its sanction list. These banks are subject to the following sanctions: a license is required to make a payment to the designated banks; a license is required on capital transactions, including deposits, trusts, and loan contracts.
