Adopts further sanctions against the Russian Federation

On 29 July 2022, the Swiss Federal Council amended the Ordinance on Measures connected with the situation in Ukraine. It added 54 individuals and 13 entities to the financial restrictions and prohibition of entry and transit lists. It also updated the sanction list of goods intended for military and technological reinforcement or the development of the defence and security sector; for petroleum refining and liquefaction of natural gas; and the list of goods intended for strengthening the industry. The amendments entered into force on 29 July 2022.
