Introduces a digital platform for the FDI screening regime

On 2 October 2023, the Directorate General of the Treasury of the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance launched the Foreign Investment in France (IEF) Platform, that serves as the digital platform for submitting authorization applications and prior examination requests. This platform streamlines the process, allowing investors, companies, and their advisors to input necessary information and engage with the Directorate General of the Treasury. It offers real-time progress tracking and simplifies the foreign investment control procedure.
