Provides State aid to support clean technology manufacturing capacity

On 17 December 2025, the European Commission approved a €4.1 billion State aid scheme from Hungary to support clean technology manufacturing capacity, with the aim of advancing the objectives of the European Union Clean Industrial Deal. Open to companies throughout the territory of Hungary until 31 December 2030, the scheme offers grants and tax incentives for the production of net-zero technologies listed in annex II of the Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework (CISAF), as well as components specific to those technologies. The scheme is consistent with the objectives of the Clean Industrial Deal and CISAF.
