This excel document contains the full data set of known treaty-based investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS) cases as of 31 December 2023, compiled by UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

With this release, UNCTAD aims to facilitate free-of-charge access to ISDS data for Government officials dealing with investment policies and disputes, and for other stakeholders in the investment and development community (e.g. the private sector, academia, civil society and media).

The data set is available for download in excel format here.

It covers 1,332 treaty-based ISDS cases publicly known by the end of December 2023.
