The ACP-EU Samoa Agreement is signed and provisionally applied since 1 January 2024 between the EU and its member States and 77 of the 79 members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean, and Pacific States (OACPS).
Cuba and Equatorial Guinea are not parties to the agreement.
