The United Kingdom and CPTPP members signed the Protocol for the Accession of the United Kingdom to CPTPP at the 7th Commission Meeting hosted by New Zealand on16 July 2023. On 15 December 2024, the United Kingdom formally joined CPTPP as a Member.
