Claims arising out of the Government’s seizure and forced liquidation of Banco Continental, S.A., held by the claimant as part of Grupo Continental’s conglomerate, due to alleged connections to money laundering and narcotics trafficking. The Government also allegedly placed other companies in the group’s various industry branches under administration.
